1. We inspect the carpet, assessing any stains or spots and inform you of what results to expect from the cleaning.
2. We precondition the carpet and agitate the fibers to lift matted areas and promote deep penetration of the cleaning agents allowing them to work to release any imbedded dirt and stains.
